Awakaza POS - Restaurant Point of Sale UI

A clean, modern POS interface redesigned to improve workflow efficiency for restaurant staff
Project completed during my internship at Circlebook (PVT) Ltd.
Revamped a previously complex UI into a streamlined and intuitive system
Focused on real-world usability: faster navigation, clearer layout, fewer taps to complete key tasks

Tool: Figma - used to wireframe, prototype, and finalize UI screens
Font: Poppins (clean, readable, perfect for quick POS actions)
Primary Color: #556EE6 (for main CTAs and headers)
Background: #F6F8FF, #FFFFFF
Light Accent: #E2EAFF (soft panels, inputs)
UX Colors:#52B85B (success),#E32528 (alerts/actions)

UX Improvements

Condensed ordering steps to reduce time per table
Used color-coded buttons for speed and accuracy in busy kitchen environments
Created a modular layout for quick training and tablet use
Focused on contrast and readability for low-light environments

Project Notes

Initial user feedback was positive - faster learning curve and fewer mistakes reported
